Bicycle Industry Employers Association (BIEA) 501(c)3 was founded by longtime industry professionals who have volunteered their time and, share a common belief that our future success will require pipeline of talented students and professionals that will help our industry thrive.

OUR MISSION IS SIMPLE

We work to connect the needs of bicycle industry employers with regionally-accredited colleges to develop smart, cost-effective programs that work for both schools and students.

All BIEA regionally-accredited programs will create a direct path to begin or advance a career in the bicycle industry.
